HYPERGLOSS PORE FILLER

Simply put, Hypergloss Pore Filler represents a major breakthrough in a one step densification and hardening process.

It is combined with a thermally reactive water borne resin which reacts with the ground cement, and creates a paste, filling all pores, depressions, and small spider cracks.

Pore Filler is a water based compound consisting of a proprietary blend of silicates and thermally cured resin which effectively hardens and fills surface depressions and hairline cracks.

It comes in a concentrate that is blended with clean water at a 1:4 ratio.

The resulting floor surface is void of small pores and depressions and surface tension is greatly increased to provide a high gloss finish and a 1/3 reduction in labor costs and tooling wear.

HYPERGLOSS PRIMER

Applied thinly by spraying and spreading with a micro fiber applicator.

The Hypergloss Primer is absorbed into the concrete, enhancing and darkening the color of the substrate or dye (if any).

After 20 to 30 minutes the concrete floor primer is quickly buffed off with a high speed burnisher and the NewGrind Hypergloss pad.

The result is a durable, stain resistant barrier for your concrete floor.

HYPERGLOSS TOP COAT

Applied thinly using a micro fiber applicator and allowed to dry , re-apply 2-3 times keeping the coatings thin.

Once completely dry, 45 mins or so depending on temperature and humidity,  burnish using ae HYPERGLOSS pad.

The result is a very high, reflective finish with excellent DOI (Distinction of image).

FEATURES:

Non-film forming – Absolutely non-film forming – this product does not leave a surface membrane as with acrylic based sacrificial floor finish compounds. It is not a wax.

Non-slip finish – It is a VERY effective anti slipping agent under DRY & WET conditions.

Easy maintenance – It can be maintained very easily with our DAILY CLEANSER & FLOOR CONDITIONER additive, using auto scrubbing equipment fitted with our HYPERGLOSS Maintenance pads.
The Daily Cleanser is used daily and the Floor Conditioner is used weekly and blended with standard clean water when cleaning the floor during regular maintenance.

Easy to re-coat – Periodic re-application of the HYPERGLOSS TOP COAT Finish can easily be done by the maintenance staff using micro fiber applicators. There are no stripping requirements, as there is not film forming residual sealer to strip off.

Durable and long-lasting – The longevity of the HYPERGLOSS  system has been proven under harsh environments, and should be re-applied according to foot/wear patterns load.

HYPERGLOSS CASE STUDY – AUDI MANUFACTURING PLANT – GERMANY

The Audi manufacturing plant in Germany provides an excellent example of the durability and longevity of our Hypergloss system.

The production area of the plant is in use 24/7 and undergoes constant heavy traffic.

After normal application of our Hypergloss floor system, the HYPERGLOSS TOP COAT was maintained during daily routine cleaning by adding the HYPERGLOSS Daily Cleanser to the water tank of the auto scrubber.

Then, once or twice per week, HYPERGLOSS Floor Conditioner was added to the water of the auto-scrubber units (due to the constant and continuous traffic and manufacturing stress).

It took 18 months of continuous use before the re-application of the HYPERGLOSS finish was required.

Re-application consisted of  6 thin coats of Hypergloss top coat using a micro fiber applicator.

No stripping or heavy scrubbing was required.
